About the Show
Five Southern women. One beach cottage. Thirty years of secrets, scandals, and sisterhood. Every August, the former swim teammates of The Sweet Delilah Swim Club reunite on North Carolina’s Outer Banks to navigate the choppy waters of marriage, motherhood, and career highs. It’s a hilarious, high-tide tribute to the friendships that never jump ship.
