SummerStage is excited to announce their 2nd annual Christmas Concert featuring Big Cedar Bluegrass Band to be held at Christ the King Church in Delafield on Saturday December 3, 2016 at 7:00PM.

Big Cedar Bluegrass bandBig Cedar has been performing locally and at regional festivals since 1992 and consists of five musicians who play banjo, acoustic guitar, mandolin, fiddle and upright bass. The band performs instrumental as well as vocal numbers with three and four-part harmony – even some old-time gospel. The upbeat bluegrass sound of Big Cedar will have you clapping your hands and tapping your feet and the energy of all band members working around one microphone is a lot of fun to watch. The group has released five CDs, including “A Big Cedar Christmas” album.

Refreshments will be available in the meeting hall prior to the concert and during intermission.

Patrons who bring non-perishable food items will receive free raffle tickets for a SummerStage picnic package. All food items and raffle proceeds will be donated to the Kettle Moraine Food Pantry.

Tickets are $10. $5 for youth, and $30 per family. You may purchase tickets at the SummerStage office at 615 Milwaukee Street, at Christ the King Church, or purchase them online at You may also purchase tickets at the venue during the hour prior to the performance. Please call ahead to make sure the performance isn’t sold out.

The concert will be held at the Christ the King Church, 1600 Genesee Street (Highway C and SW Shore Drive) in Delafield, WI 53018.
